Welcome to Wise Guys. By accessing or using the game, online services, or any related features (the “Service”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

 

 

1. License to Use the Game

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and play Wise Guys for your own entertainment.
 You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, modify, or decompile the game

  • Redistribute the game or its files

  • Use the game for commercial purposes without permission

 

 

2. Online Play & User Conduct

Wise Guys is an online multiplayer social deduction game.
 By playing, you agree to:

  • Not engage in harassment, cheating, exploiting bugs, or disruptive behavior

  • Not impersonate developers or other players

  • Not upload or transmit anything harmful, illegal, or offensive

You may be removed from online play at any time if you violate these rules.

We do not collect financial information.
 Any content you submit (player names, chat, gameplay actions) may be visible to other players.

 

 

4. Updates & Changes

We may update, modify, or disable parts of the game at any time.
 This may include balance changes, bug fixes, new features, or server maintenance.

 

 

5. Health & Safety

Wise Guys may include:

  • Intense violence

  • Flashing lights

  • Loud sound effects

Stop playing if you experience dizziness, nausea, or discomfort.

 

 

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

Wise Guys is provided “as is”, without guarantees of uninterrupted gameplay or error-free service.
 You use the game at your own risk.

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of progress

  • Server downtime

  • Player interactions

  • Damages resulting from use of the game

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the game.
